There are certain scenarios where a listing might need to be withheld from the MLS longer than the four (4) day grace period. This might be for a specific time period or permanently. In order to do this, you would fill out and submit a SOMO Withhold Listing from MLS form (SOMO 101) to support@gsbor.com.
When filling out this form, you will be able to decide a date that the listing will be entered or if it will be withheld permanently. If you are using the form to enter the listing at a later date, the date established in the withhold form becomes the begin date for the MLS.
One of the rules to be aware of is that while the listing is withheld from the MLS, it is not able to be marketed or advertised publicly. Even with the form submitted, the listing is still subject to Clear Cooperation Policy. If it is marketed publicly, it must be submitted to the MLS within one calendar day.
