This guide explains how to access land.id, complete your FOREWARN account setup, and respond to a Flexmls security alert if you receive one. Follow the steps below to get started quickly and securely.

Access land.id

To gain access to land.id, sign up for a free year of land.id Basic using the promo code SOMO84OFF.

If you are prompted to create an account, complete the registration process using your email address and follow any verification steps provided by land.id.

Set up your FOREWARN account

If you are setting up FOREWARN for the first time, follow the instructions sent to your email address. These instructions will guide you through account activation and initial setup.

1. Open the email from FOREWARN.
2. Select the setup or activation link in the message.
3. Create your password and complete any required profile details.
4. Sign in to confirm your account is active.

Respond to a Flexmls security alert

If you receive a security alert about potential unauthorized access to your Flexmls account, change your password immediately.

If you believe the alert was sent in error, contact your Association for assistance.
