Sharing MLS login information is a very serious violation and is accompanied by one of the largest fines that is issued. Because of the nature of what information is available to members on the MLS, it is a huge liability to give anyone your login information.
Section 10.2 of the Rules and Regulations outlines this policy and says, "Members may not share their username/password with any other member or non-member. Sharing usernames/passwords could result in immediate suspension or termination of MLS access and/or fine in the amount of $5,000 per instance, following review at the next regularly scheduled board meeting."
If you do need someone other than yourself to access your listings on the MLS, you can work with your broker to set up giving superuser access to your MLS account.
If you have an unlicensed admin assisting you that needs MLS access, download an application from gsbor.com, and submit by email to the GSBOR membership team at support@gsbor.com.
