Annual membership dues are typically billed mid December each year. We do not send out paper statements or invoices, however, they do post within your GSBOR Member Portal. Dues must be paid no later than Jan 31st before a $50.00 late fee is assessed.  It is important to note, if your membership renewal and the late fee are not paid by the last day of February, membership will automatically terminate.  If a non-paying member remains with the broker, the broker would be assessed non member fees which are approximately $433.00 per non member.

In the event the agent wishes to renew after the Feb 29th deadline, in addition to the full years dues, they will also be charged the GSBOR Application fee of $350.00 and would also be required to attend New Member Orientation again.  

Because dues are non-refundable, any credit card on file for your monthly MLS fees will not be ran automatically. 

Payment should be submitted online from your Member Portal login. 

Payment must be made in full; GSBOR cannot accept partial payments or installments.
