BrokerBay is an advanced property tour scheduling system provided to GSBOR's MLS subscribers as a benefit of their membership. BrokerBay can be used to manage and schedule showings on the MLS.  BrokerBay lets listing agents configure showing settings on their listings, set up auto-confirm times, multiple tenant approvals, team assistant workflows and more.
